Refund Policy
The subscription obligations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
All subscription commitments are final. Once the subscription fee is paid, it cannot be cancelled or refunded—except if Wetroo CRM fails to meet its obligations as set forth in our Terms of Service.
Wetroo CRM maintains a strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy. In some cases, users might be offered a trial period under separate, specific terms for each service. Once a subscription is confirmed, the service will be provided for the term and under the conditions detailed in its respective terms and conditions. We strongly encourage reviewing these terms prior to subscribing.
For subscriptions with automated billing (via credit or debit card), your card will be automatically charged at each renewal interval (e.g., monthly, yearly). To avoid future charges, you must notify us by email before the renewal date. Please note that any cancellation notice received after a charge has been processed will not be eligible for a refund.
If you encounter difficulties with the core features of Wetroo CRM—such as adding or managing leads, setting manual reminders, or creating groups—we are committed to assisting you in resolving these issues. However, refunds will not be issued for problems related to these functionalities. Our support team will work with you to address persistent issues, but refunds will only be provided if the problem directly results from a breach of Wetroo CRM’s core functionalities as outlined in our Terms of Service.
